Sentinel Embedded for AXIS Cameras is now available for Q1951-E and Q1952-E models introduced by the manufacturer. The software takes advantage of the processing capacity of these cameras and offers performance comparable to server-based installations: 25 FPS analysis, multiple detection masks and an unlimited number of detection zones.
Sentinel Embedded is a robust video analysis system for perimeter surveillance integrated into thermal cameras. It can detect intrusion, prowling, crawling, dropped / removed object, frontier crossing, invasion, stopped vehicle, vehicle driving against traffic or sabotage and all this without needing an external server for processing tasks, which significantly reduces costs of implementing a perimeter surveillance system in facilities such as critical infrastructures, photovoltaic power stations, prison surveillance, frontier/ border control, residential areas, tunnels and railway or subway.
